We will ship your order within 3 business days after the item arrives at our warehouse. Shipments are handled by DHL Express, FedEx Express, or Japan Post Express depending on the destination and package size. A tracking number will be provided once the shipment is dispatched.

A flat shipping fee of USD 35 will be added to all orders. Import duties, taxes (VAT/GST), and customs fees are NOT included in the item price or shipping cost. All products are genuine and sourced from official manufacturers or authorized domestic suppliers in Japan. All items are backordered and the standard lead time is approximately 7–10 business days before shipment. If the lead time exceeds 14 days, we will contact you for approval before proceeding. In some cases, your order may be canceled due to manufacturer discontinuation or lack of stock, so it is important to check your email for updates.

All orders are final and cannot be canceled after payment for any reason. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the wrong item is delivered. In such cases, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and package.
